Pranayama,
Conscious breath

Guided practice

Engaging simultaneously with my body and mind is the perfect method for bringing awareness into the present moment, whether it’s school, work, or just taking care of my daily house chores. Pranayama, which in Sanskrit means breath control, gives me the proper care to start or continue my daily routine by bringing attention to my breath.

One of my favorite practices to share, pranayama, has also helped me improve my relationship with myself, my moods, and the tension built up through my 24-hour routines. Come and practice this millenary technique with me to restore energy and maintain concentration on what matters, which starts with self-care through something so ordinary yet magical as inhaling and exhaling.
